Kate Wade Studio has been born from years of experience spent in high-end design, and one belief we’ve always held onto: great design shouldn’t feel performative. The spaces we’re drawn to most aren’t the ones trying to impress straight away — they’re the ones that stay with you. The ones that feel personal, layered, and quietly beautiful.
Our process always begins with listening. To the building itself, to the history of a place, and to the people who’ll call it home. From there, we create spaces with depth and character. We commission bespoke pieces made to last, source vintage finds with stories of their own, and bring together furniture, materials, and details in a way that feels natural and considered.
We started small and built slowly, taking on projects that felt right and working with people we genuinely liked and respected. Many of those early homes are only just being finished now, which feels right somehow. The best things usually take time. We can’t wait to share them with you.
